Our Story
From street fairs to festival stages.
FiveO3 began on November 15, 2018, as a pop-up at Palm Springs VillageFest, better known as the Street Fair. From there, we grew into food and music festivals across California, Nevada, and Arizona.
We opened our first restaurant in Cathedral City on July 14, 2023. Founded by the Pinto-Ramirez family and led by Tito, FiveO3 now serves authentic Salvadorean Pupusas through multiple restaurants and mobile operations. Our name honors El Salvador’s 503 country code, and we give all glory to God as we share our culture with every community we serve.
